This award winning free range pork salami is made renowned local farmhouse blue cheese, Dorset Blue Vinny. We combine the punchy Dorset Blue Vinny cheese with sweet figs for a wonderful balance of flavour. Enjoy on its own or as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti platter.
Whole salami, approximately 150g
Ingredients: Free range British pork (82%), Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese (Cow's MILK, starter, Vegetarian Rennet, Blue Penicillium, Salt (5%), red wine, pork fat, salt), dried fig (2%), garlic, herbs, spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).
